COVID-19 is a challenging time for both sellers and buyers. Still, I managed to sell this 4-Room HDB unit within 2 weeks, right after the Circuit Breaker.
With a creative digital marketing campaign, the unit’s listing was made highly searchable resulting in a high volume of enquires.
Through video marketing and a virtual tour, prospective buyers were able to see the property in detail even before physically stepping into the unit.
My efforts led to higher quality leads, enabling the most serious buyers to be sieved out. With physical viewings slots limited by social distancing measures, this proved crucial in finding the right buyer in the shortest possible time.
