When I am not assisting real estate clients, I enjoy volunteering in the community. I help run events for typeOne.sg, a Type 1 Diabetes community.

I initially reached out to Cheng Yong when I was merely considering about buying a property. Even so, she patiently took the time to share all the necessary details and timelines about property purchase even though I was not committed yet. She was very patient in explaining all the procedures and payments that I needed to know. It was only two months later that I reached out again to start viewing properties. Cheng Yong was very diligent in understanding my requirements and she would take the time to ask clarifying questions to narrow down the kinds of property I preferred. She also took the effort to prepare all the information about the property we were viewing and made sure all my questions were answered. Throughout the transaction process her communication was very clear and timely, always keeping me updated with all the procedures that were being done. Overall I find Cheng Yong efficient, trustworthy and has excellent communication.
